ieso Becomes Mindler: Same Trusted NHS Talking Therapy, Fresh New Look
Notice Something New? We’ve Had a Makeover!
You might have spotted a fresh look around here - and you’re right! We’ve had a little makeover. Mindler (you may know us as ieso) now has a new visual identity. While our name and style are changing, the heart of what we do stays exactly the same: we’re still here to provide free, supportive talking therapies to NHS patients.
We’ve taken care to make sure everything feels smooth and simple, so you’ll continue to experience the same trusted service without disruption.
What’s Changing (and What’s Not)
- Same service, new look. You’ll see the Mindler name and logo instead of ieso, but the therapy itself hasn’t changed.
- Your care continues. You’ll keep working with the same clinicians and support teams, receiving the same high‑quality therapy.
- No disruption. Referrals, appointments, and therapy pathways all remain exactly as they are.
- Reassurance built in. Our Patient Services Team is here if you have any questions. You can contact them via email hello@mindler.co.uk
Why the Change?
We’re aligning with the Mindler identity to make things clearer and more consistent for everyone who uses our service. Think of it as a fresh coat of paint - the walls are the same, but they look brighter and more welcoming.
By joining the Mindler family, we’re also strengthening our ability to reach more people, share resources, grow the types of therapy we can offer you, and continue innovating in digital mental health. This rebrand is about making sure our service is easy to recognise, simple to access, and reassuringly familiar for patients across the UK.
What This Means for You
Nothing changes about your therapy. You’ll still receive the same care, from the same people, in the same way. We’re still the same trusted NHS talking therapies service.
Looking Ahead
As we move through this transition, our focus remains on supporting your mental health with evidence‑based therapy that makes a difference. We’re excited to continue this journey with you - now with a fresh new look that reflects our commitment to clarity, accessibility, and care.
Mindler - the same trusted service, with a brighter identity.
We offer online cognitive behavioral therapy for a range of common mental health issues, like anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Our service is entirely remote with typed sessions and video calls in some areas. Speak to one of our experienced therapists at a time that’s convenient to you. Find out more.
Getting Support
If you’re finding your mental health harder to manage, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) can offer practical tools for everyday life. At Mindler (previously ieso), we provide free, confidential online appointments through the NHS with a qualified therapist that you can access from the comfort of your home, with flexible times that suit you.

Before perimenopause, life felt manageable - work, family, friends, even your keys. Now? Everything feels off. You're not alone.
Some online tests are written without any form of mental health expertise or trusted sources, which makes them unreliable and (obviously) the kind of thing you’d want to avoid.
Because grief comes with so many difficult emotions, it’s not always easy to figure out if how you’re feeling is a normal part of the grieving process or something more.
