Accessing online CBT in West Sussex

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, Time to Talk.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in West Sussex and aged 18 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Time to Talk first and tell them of your decision.

Time to Talk will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
