Accessing online CBT in South Essex

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUT) to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, Therapy for You.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in either Castlepoint, Rayleigh, Canvey Island or Southend and aged 18 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Therapy for You first and tell them of your decision.

Therapy for You will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
