Accessing online CBT in Scotland

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with NHS Scotland to provide online CBT.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Scotland and aged 18 and over.

How can I refer?

To access the service, you will need to refer yourself to your local psychology team via your GP.

If you are registered with a GP in the Western Isles, you can refer yourself online instead.

Request online CBT in your initial assessment.

Assessment

Your local psychology team will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
