Accessing online CBT in Leeds

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust to provide online CBT to patients registered with Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service. Leeds IAPT is a group of mental health providers comprising of Leeds Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Community Links, Northpoint Wellbeing and Touchstone.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Leeds and aged 17 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service first and tell them of your decision.

Assessment

Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.

If you are not currently on the waiting list for CBT, you can find out about other mental health support options available in your area by visiting the Leeds Mental Wellbeing Service website.
