Terms and conditions for account creation

These Terms are effective from 26th May 2021

For registering and using an ieso online account

Before you register for an online account (“ieso account”), please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) which set out some important information about registering and using an ieso account.

1. About your ieso account and these terms

Ieso Digital Health (UK) Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”, “ieso”) is the provider of products and services for the management of your health and wellbeing.

The first step that you need to take to access our products and services is to create an ieso Account. Creating an ieso Account helps you use and manage ieso products or services you are interested in. However, by simply registering for an ieso account you are not making a commitment to buy any Ieso product or service.

Registering for your ieso Account is free to you.

These Terms apply when you register for, or use, your ieso account. By creating an ieso Account you are confirming that you have read, and accept, these Terms. These Terms apply for so long as your account remains in operation.

There are other terms and conditions which apply when you use particular ieso or services and you will be asked to agree to those at the appropriate time. We do not check your eligibility for ieso products or services at this stage and therefore having an ieso account should not be taken to mean that you will always be eligible to access any particular product or service.

2. Requirements to hold an ieso account

You must be at least 16 years old and in the United Kingdom in order to register for an ieso Account.

The electronic transmission of data over the internet or mobile networks is never completely secure but we endeavour to make the service as secure as possible and provide a high level of security for your personal information.

We will always try to maintain availability of your ieso account but if the use of your ieso account is interrupted by events outside of our reasonable control then access to your ieso account may be interrupted or suspended whilst those events occur and for a reasonable period afterwards as we try to limit any disruption caused.

7. Change to these terms

We may change these Terms from time to time where we have the following valid reasons: to make them easier to read or understand, to reflect changes to the scope and function of your ieso account, our products or services or the technology used to provide them or to reflect changes in law. You shall have accepted those changes if you continue to use your ieso account after we have posted any changes to these Terms on our website. Alternatively, we may notify you of changes to the Terms by sending a message to your email address connected with your ieso account. Please read these Terms from time to time so that you are aware of any changes we may have made.

8. Transfer of ieso accounts or ieso products or services

You are not permitted to transfer your ieso account to another person.

If ieso transfers its products or services to any other organisation then you agree that we may transfer your ieso account and all our rights and obligations under these Terms to the relevant organisation. We will notify you if this happens and we will ensure that your rights under these Terms will not be negatively affected.

9. Our responsability

We will always aim to provide you with the best service we can but as the ieso account is provided for free it is made available to you “as is” without any warranties or guarantees.

You agree that, to the extent permissible by law, your sole and only remedy in the event of any problems, issues or concerns with your ieso account is to stop using your ieso account.

If you are unhappy with the service relating to your ieso account, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@iesohealth.com and we will try to resolve any complaints quickly and efficiently in accordance with our complaints policy.

The laws of England will apply to these Terms except that if you live in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland there may be certain mandatory applicable laws of your country which apply for your benefit and protection in addition to or instead of certain provisions of English law. If court proceedings are necessary, the courts of the part of the United Kingdom in which you live will have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms.
