CBT Therapist

My thoughts on what typed therapy with ieso is like:

"As human beings, we are not able to remember and retain 100% of conversations or discussions we have with others, including 'traditional' face to face therapy. One of the great advantages of typed therapy is the ability to read back through your entire session transcripts, messages between yourself and your therapist and to even utilise these as part of relapse prevention planning."
