"There is something so powerful about putting thoughts and feelings into words – getting it ‘out of our heads’ can be the first real step towards developing a different perspective on things. It’s such a bonus to have the session transcripts to re-read too. Typed therapy really provides a wonderful space to reflect and cultivate a new perspective."
