Accessing online CBT in Teesside

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Alliance Psychological Services to patients registered with their IAPT service, Impact on Teesside.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Teesside and aged 16 or over.

How can I refer?

Impact on Teesside will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.
