Accessing online CBT in Lincolnshire

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Lincolnshire Partnership Foundation Trust (LPFT) to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, Steps 2 Change.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Lincolnshire and be aged 16 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Steps 2 Change first and tell them of your decision.

Steps 2 Change will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
