Accessing online CBT in Devon

Ieso Digital Health (Ieso) is working in partnership with Devon Partnership NHS Trust to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, Devon Depression and Anxiety Service (soon to become TALKWORKS).

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Devon and aged 18 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to the Devon Depression and Anxiety Service first and tell them of your decision.

Assessment

Devon Depression and Anxiety Service will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
