Accessing online CBT in Cambridgeshire

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT) to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, the CPFT Psychological Wellbeing Service.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Cambridgeshire and aged 17 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to the CPFT Psychological Wellbeing Service first and tell them of your decision.

Request online CBT in your initial assessment.

Therapy appointment


CPFT will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
