Accessing online CBT in Bolton

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Greater Manchester Mental Health Trust to provide online CBT to patients currently on Bolton Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service CBT waiting list.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be currently on a waiting list for CBT with Bolton Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service, be registered with a GP in Bolton and aged 16 or over.

How can I refer?

If you are currently on a waiting list for CBT with Bolton Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service, you should have received a letter explaining that you have the option to complete a course of online CBT with Ieso. Once you receive your letter, if you decide that you would like to take advantage of the option, simply inform us of your decision by:

  • Calling 0800 074 5560 (9am – 5:30pm weekdays) and quote the reference number found on your letter or;
  • Email referral@iesohealth.com with your reference number and decision (Yes or No) in the subject line.

Activation

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.

If you are not currently on the waiting list for CBT, you can find out about other mental health support options available in your area by visiting the Bolton Primary Care Psychological Therapy Service website.
