How Ieso delivers CBT

Ieso Digital Health delivers CBT over the internet, meaning you can see your therapist from wherever you choose. Online CBT is delivered securely through our online therapy platform. At the time of your appointment, you simply log in and speak to your therapist by typing back and forth. Typed conversation removes the pressure of having a face-to-face conversation, and can allow you to express your true, inner feelings. Sessions usually take place once a week and last up to 60 minutes.

Am I eligible?

Our service is free for NHS patients in many areas of the UK.

91% of patients said that they would recommend Ieso to friends and family

Carys

I don’t think I would have completed therapy if I had to access through a face to face appointment. It’s allowed me to open up fully and over some time work through the issues I was experiencing. I could not recommend my therapist enough. She was kind, personable and really led the sessions to help me get exactly what I needed from them, and I’m very happy with the outcome.

Amanda

After a lifetime of mental health problems and attending various mental health services, I have to say that this service has helped me more than any other. The advantage of being in your own home while engaging in therapy cannot be ignored, and having time to think carefully before answering allows you to see the issues affecting you much more clearly.
