(Please note: As part of the process to see if you are eligible for our research study, you will take part in a 90-minute assessment with a study clinician. Due to the nature of the programme some of the questions we ask are of a sensitive nature including a risk assessment and mental health symptoms check.)

• Access to an iPhone (running iOS 16 or higher) or an Android (running Android 13 or higher) that can connect to the internet

• Over 18 years of age and located in the UK (except Northern Ireland)

• Experiencing mild to severe symptoms of anxiety, worry and or stress

• NOT experiencing symptoms of psychosis, personality disorder, eating disorder, Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, Bi-Polar Disorder, substance abuse, or severe depression

• NOT currently receiving psychological therapy

• NO change in medication for a mental health condition in the past 1 month

• You have the capacity to decide for yourself whether to participate in this study

• This study is not suitable for people who are at risk of harming themselves or others

• You have not previously participated in any user research with ieso's app
