Formative usability evaluation of a digital 6-week wellness programme for people with mental health concerns.

Thank you for clicking on the link to find out more. Within this study there are two possible ways to take part (subject to availability). Both ways require you to use a digital 6-week programme which involved interacting with an app and completing tasks outside of the app. There are differences between the two ways to participate in terms of what needs to be completed, the associated time commitments, and the relative incentives. Due to the nature of this study you can only participate one way, not both. Please read the short overviews provided below.

Within this study there are two possible ways to take part (subject to availability)
TakingPart: Way #1

You will receive a digital programme to interact with over 6-weeks. Additionally, you will be asked to have a very small number of phone calls with the research team, complete weekly questionnaires, and practice mental exercises outside of the app.
We estimate that this will take 13 hours over 6-weeks, and you will need to spend up to 2-hours per week to complete all of the activities. If you would like to take part in this way, over the period of 6 weeks you would receive Amazon vouchers worth £260, please click below for the full details of what is required and information on signing up

Taking Part: Way #2 is currently unavailable

As with way #1, you will receive a digital programme to interact with over 6-weeks and asked to complete weekly questionnaires, and practice mental exercises outside of the app. In addition to this, you will be asked to complete extra tasks including sending regular feedback (diary entries) via WhatsApp and having bi-weekly phone interviews with a member of the research team.
In total we estimate that will take 19 hours over 6-weeks. This is made up of 2-hours per week to complete the programme's activities inside and outside the digital tool (an app), 10 minutes after each session to provide feedback using WhatsApp, up to 1 hour in an introductory call, 1 hour in closing call, and up to 30 minutes for weekly or bi-weekly calls to check how you are doing.
If you would like to take part in this way, over the period of 6 weeks you would receive Amazon vouchers worth £400, please click below for the full details of what is required and information on signing up
