Ieso announces the launch of a bespoke learning and development platform to spearhead its therapist training provision

Ieso is in the unique position of having access to tens of thousands of therapy transcripts. This means that for the first time, there is data to verify what really happens in the therapy room.

Ieso is using this data to support therapists in a unique way and has launched a new state of the art online therapist training platform, based on data showing how best to support therapists with their clinical work.

This dataset allows for the provision of bespoke support and the identification of common training needs within the therapist network.

Ieso’s new online learning platform named “the Hub” is now accessible to all UK Ieso therapists and will be available to all US therapists soon. The Hub contains tailored learning content and new training materials based on the individual needs of each therapist, to ensure that therapists are being supported to provide the highest quality therapy to patients.

Sarah Bateup, Chief Clinical Officer at Ieso said

“Ieso is committed to the continual investment in the therapist community. We work to ensure that high quality training is always on hand for all our therapists. Patients are at the very heart of our service. Ensuring that our therapists are empowered to provide the best possible care is one way that we can enable more patients to access treatments that really make a difference.”

Dan Clark, CEO said

“This sort of support solution for CBT therapists is of huge value to clinicians who want to want to be the best they can be. Not only will it benefit the work they do with their online patients, the new skills and knowledge available on the platform will be just as easily translated to their work with their face-to-face patients in other healthcare settings. This is an important milestone in the advancement of the quality of mental healthcare provision.”
