Ieso announces the launch of a therapist focused learning and development platform to help therapists “be the best therapist they can be

Ieso is in the unique position of having access to tens of thousands of therapy transcripts. This means that for the first time, there is data to tell the story of what really happens in the therapy room.

Pairing the knowledge of the care provided in the session with patient outcomes and satisfaction data, Ieso is in the unique position to understand that interventions are most effective in helping patients get better.

Ieso is using this data to support therapists in a unique way whereby launching a new state of the art online therapist training platform, based on data showing how best to support therapists with their clinical work and help them deliver the highest quality therapy. This dataset also allows for the provision of individualized support and the identification of common training needs within the therapist network.

Ieso’s new online learning platform named “The Hub” is now accessible to all US and UK Ieso therapists. The Hub contains tailored learning content and new training materials based on the individual needs of each therapist.

Sarah Bateup, Chief Clinical Officer at Ieso said:

“Ieso is committed to the ongoing investment in the therapist community. We work to ensure that high quality training is always available to all our therapists. Patients are at the very heart of our service. Ensuring that our therapists are empowered to provide the best possible care is one way that we can enable more patients to access treatments that really make a difference.”

Jennifer Gentile, PsyD, SVP US Clinical Operations said:

“Tailored clinical supervision and educational materials provides a significant value to Ieso CBT therapists. Not only does this training and education benefit the work they do with their patients referred through Ieso, the new skills and knowledge available on the platform is easily translates to their work with their patients in other healthcare settings. This is an important milestone in the advancement of the quality of mental healthcare.”
