Ieso announces the launch of a therapist focused learning and development platform to help therapists “be the best therapist they can be"
Ieso is in the unique position of having access to tens of thousands of therapy transcripts. This means that for the first time, there is data to tell the story of what really happens in the therapy room.
Pairing the knowledge of the care provided in the session with patient outcomes and satisfaction data, Ieso is in the unique position to understand that interventions are most effective in helping patients get better.
Ieso is using this data to support therapists in a unique way whereby launching a new state of the art online therapist training platform, based on data showing how best to support therapists with their clinical work and help them deliver the highest quality therapy. This dataset also allows for the provision of individualized support and the identification of common training needs within the therapist network.
Ieso’s new online learning platform named “The Hub” is now accessible to all US and UK Ieso therapists. The Hub contains tailored learning content and new training materials based on the individual needs of each therapist.
Sarah Bateup, Chief Clinical Officer at Ieso said:
