Online CBT is a proactive therapy that involves taking control of your own thoughts and actions to improve the way you feel and help you better cope with difficult situations. Your therapist will work with you to determine the best course of action to suit your needs, including setting realistic goals for you to work toward and achieve.
How Ieso Delivers CBT
Ieso Digital Health delivers online CBT through written communication (by typing back and forth with your therapist) which you can access from any device with an internet connection, including your smartphone.
Online therapy can remove the pressure of having a face-to-face conversation, and can allow you to express your true, inner feelings through typed conversation. Online CBT is delivered securely through our online therapy platform. At the time of your appointment, log in and work with your therapist by typing back and forth. Sessions usually take place once a week and last up to 60 minutes.

Your therapist will work closely with you to break down your problems and help you to change unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns to improve the way you feel
You’ll be asked to practice the skills you have learned during your appointment in between sessions and in your next session you will discuss how it went

With Ieso, you can keep in touch with your therapist in between sessions to share updates and ask questions
