Terms and Conditions

For NHS patients being transferred to online therapy by their therapist in response to the current coronavirus restrictions.

Ieso digital health are providing this service free to your NHS therapist in response to the current coronavirus crisis.

We process the personal data of our own patients on the legal basis of a contract, so our registration process includes the requirement to collect the agreement to the terms and conditions of that contract from the patient. However, Ieso digital health have not entered into a contract with you, so no such terms and conditions are required. (We process your personal information based on the processing by us being necessary for the NHS to perform a task in the public interest).

Unfortunately, we cannot quickly and easily change the sign up step in the registration process, so we need the terms and conditions agreement link to bring you to this information page to explain the situation.

Just to confirm, there are no terms and conditions for you to sign up to, but we would like to ensure you are aware of, and understand, how we process your personal data, so here is a further link to the relevant privacy notices explaining this.
