Clinical Supervision with Kate Tilbury
Kate Tilbury, Supervision Lead is offering confidential 1-1 appointments, bookable in advance to feedback on your supervision experiences. Kate has been a member of Ieso Digital Health since 2014 and is committed to creating a supervision model and practice that is inspiring, creative, reflective, action-oriented and grounded in good empirical evidence. She warmly welcomes you to attend a 20-minute 1-1 session with her to discuss your views, what you value and any development of ideas that you would like to see for future practice, all in the utmost confidence.
To provide an equitable experience, you will need to complete a Supervisory Relationship Questionnaire (SRQ). There will also be a brief 'Helpful Aspects of Supervision - Adjusted' questionnaire to discuss in person during the session.

How deliberate practice might improve your CBT skills: part 1
We all have strengths and weaknesses in our CBT practice and in this session, you'll learn how to use Deliberate Practice to improve your CBT skills. Join us for a demonstration of Deliberate Practice plus the opportunity to improve a skill during the festival week. You will be invited to return to Friday’s Part 2 session to reflect on your practice. Registration is advised for both sessions, but if you can't come to the reflection session on Friday, the first sesssion will still be hugely valuable.
