Life as an Ieso provider

Ieso is a place where providers can fulfill their potential and know they will be supported throughout their journey.

Ieso is an environment where providers can develop their skills and knowledge in a way that is not possible anywhere else. We want our providers to be the best they can be, and ensure they have the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions in CBT. We pride ourselves on providing a flexible and nurturing environment, and ensure that clinical support is always available for those who need it.

We want our therapists to be the best therapists they can be and we work to ensure they have the opportunity to pursue their interests and passions in CBT.

We pride ourselves on providing a flexible and nurturing environment for our therapists and ensure that clinical support is always on hand for those who need it.

The Ieso therapist network is no ordinary network of clinicians. All our therapists have access to a supervision and CPD (continuous professional development) model that allows the whole community to collaborate and share their unique experiences, facilitating a cycle of continuous, innovative improvement and learning.

Our bespoke training and resources hub is available to all our therapists, enabling them to provide high quality, protocol-driven CBT and achieve excellent outcomes for their patients. All our therapists receive high quality supervision; something that we believe is essential for all providers to provide gold standard treatments.

The culture of clinical practice at Ieso is composed of practitioners who are reflective, practice fidelity to the model and adhere to disorder-specific protocols according to Roth and Pilling’s principles (2007).

At Ieso, our therapists are the best they can be.

Benefits

  • Our therapists find that delivering therapy online improves their clinical skills in both their online and face-to-face work
  • Delivering CBT via reading and writing allows therapists to reflect “in action”
  • Learning becomes more embedded compared with speaking and listening
  • Revisiting transcripts enables therapists to learn and scrutinise their own work more deeply
