Accessing online CBT with Oxford Health CAMHS

Ieso Digital Health is providing online cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) in partnership with Oxford Health Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) on behalf of Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust.

This service is available for people aged 12-17 years old that have been assessed by Oxford Health CAMHS as being appropriate for online CBT.

With Oxford Health CAMHS, accessing online CBT is simple and convenient. Similar to face-to-face therapy, online CBT can be used to help with a range of problems you may be going through. Instead of meeting a therapist face-to-face, online CBT uses written (typed) conversation, allowing you to attend from anywhere you feel comfortable, at any time of day. All you need is a computer, smart phone or tablet that is able to connect to the internet.

Your appointments will be either 30 or 60 minutes long and will take place in a secure and confidential online therapy room. During this time your therapist will work with you to find the best way to help you. To get the most from your session, we suggest you find a quiet spot where you can concentrate with no distractions.
