Accessing online CBT in the Highlands

Ieso Digital Health provides online CBT to patients in the Highlands on behalf of NHS24.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in the Highlands and be aged 16 or over.

How can I refer for online CBT?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to contact your GP who will make the referral on your behalf.

Your GP will assess whether our service is the right treatment option for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account and completed your questionnaires, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
