Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust to provide online CBT to patients registered with their IAPT service, Kingston iCope.
To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Kingston and aged 18 or over.
If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust first and tell them of your decision.
Request online CBT in your initial assessment.
Kingston iCope will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.
Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
