Accessing online CBT in Northumberland

Ieso Digital Health is working in partnership with Talking Matters to provide online CBT to patients registered with them.

To be eligible for online CBT, you must be registered with a GP in Northumberland and aged 16 or over.

How can I refer?

If you have decided that you want online CBT with Ieso, you will need to refer yourself to Talking Matters first and tell them of your decision.

Talking Matters will assess whether our service is the right treatment plan for you, and will refer your details to Ieso.

Ieso will send you an activation email – once you have activated your account, you will be matched to a therapist and contacted by them.
