Face-to-face therapy VS online
Online talking therapy is accessible, discreet and secure. Research has shown us that; patients are inclined to define their problem more quickly online, allowing the therapist and patient to address the key issues sooner. The computer screen often provides patients with a familiar and comforting 'protective barrier'... as the conversation unfolds in the safety of the patient’s own home.
Because we're committed to excellence and evidence-based psychological therapies. We’re also committed to a process of continuous clinical improvement for our patients. We constantly aim to transform the quality of CBT in general.
We encourage our accredited therapists to be 'the best therapists they can be' and our progress so far has been unmatched and substantial.
Our pioneering thought-leadership in online CBT is driven by powerful scientific research and regularly generates valuable learning material for the wider therapist and academic community.
Our passion for delivering successful outcomes is evident in our work every day as we continually aim to learn and improve. By this we mean to transform the quality of CBT provision and provide gold standard therapist training for our therapists.
We help our patients to understand why they’re feeling the way they are. We teach people new techniques, strategies and processes that will enable them to start feeling better, quickly. Ieso is commissioned to deliver online talking therapy on behalf of the NHS in many areas across the UK.
