Support and supervision The Ieso team is organised, collaborative and supportive and you’re never just a number. You will be able to access case management supervision from an experienced supervisor to support you in clinical decisions around non urgent risk, suitability, stepping up, discharge or referring on to a specialist service. You will also get support to manage urgent risk issues that may arise during assessment, treatment session or in messages between sessions.

If you do not have a DBS certificate or your certificate is more than 12 months old*, Ieso can apply for a new certificate on your behalf, at a cost to you.
*Please note that we will accept a copy of your DBS certificate if it is dated within the last 3 years. However, if it is more than 12 months old, please be aware that we must make an application for a new certificate at a cost to you within the first 6 months of you becoming an ieso therapist.
Yes. Work undertaken with Ieso is freelance work.
When you complete the induction, you will be sent an availability questionnaire. This informs us as to when you are free to provide therapy. We offer therapy seven days a week from 6am - 11pm, so you can work at times that suit you.
When you complete the availability questionnaire, there is a section to input how many patients per week you would like to see. The recommended number of patients is 5. Like in usual face-to-face therapy, each patient retains the same therapist.
£1 million +
Once you have returned a signed contract you will be invited to attend an induction. If you attend an induction and cannot start seeing patients within 2 weeks of the induction date, you may be asked to complete the induction again.
